Eric Bronson is an Assistant Vice President at WT Partnership and leads the Miami office. A Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS), he has over a decade of experience in the quantity surveying industry and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Construction Management and Economics from Curtin University in Western Australia.
Eric’s international background covers project delivery and cost management for luxury hospitality, high-end residential, commercial, and retail developments across the US East Coast, Caribbean, and Australia. He has contributed to landmark projects such as One Wall Street, Central Park Tower, and Steinway Tower in New York City, as well as premium fit-outs and major developments throughout Miami and the Caribbean. Eric also brings valuable experience from Australia’s oil and gas sector.
He is known for his practical and analytical approach to estimating, process improvement, financial reporting, and risk management at every stage of the project lifecycle. Eric fosters strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders, navigating a wide range of regulatory environments.
