A licensed professional engineer in Florida and Michigan, as well as board-certified in environmental engineering, Mr. Drummond serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Drummond Carpenter, PLLC, a federal-certified service-disabled veteran-owned small business, multi-disciplinary engineering firm that he co-founded in January 2016. He has more than 30 years of experience addressing complex environmental systems and infrastructure challenges. His career began in the U.S. Navy, working in environments where infrastructure reliability, environmental protection, and operational readiness were tightly connected — an experience that continues to shape his approach to engineering and decision-making. As founder and CEO, he guides the firm’s direction while remaining closely involved in major initiatives. In just 10 years, the firm has grown to more than 50 engineers, geologists, scientists, and analysts who have provided services on more than 400 projects in 25 states.
