*Certificates and Wallet Cards

Certificates and Wallet Cards are valid for four (4) years from the ending date of the class session.  No certificates or wallet cards will be available at the class session. A certificate and wallet card will be sent to the participants who have paid their course fee and have successfully passed the exam.  Any participant who does not achieve a passing score of 70% or higher will receive a letter indicating such.  We ask you to allow up to two (2) weeks for your results to arrive at the address you provided at the time of registration.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

If a request for cancellation is received in writing at least seven (7) calendar days before the class starts, a full refund will be given in the form of credit for another class. If a student cancels or reschedules a class session less than seven (7) calendar days before the class is scheduled to begin or is a “no show” for the class session, the fee for the class session and proficiency exam (if applicable) and a charge of fifty dollars ($50.00) will be assessed. Rescheduling requests will be processed once payment is made.

Repeat Policy

Students who fail the MOT Intermediate Exam may retake the entire two-day class on the next available session with a 20% discount OR may register to retake the second day only for $175. Students who fail the MOT Advanced Exam may retake the entire two-day class on the next available session with a 20% discount OR may register to retake the second day only for $225.
