The Civil and Environmental Engineering Department is pleased to announce the winners of the CEE Graduate Research Day Poster Session held on Friday, February 22. The winners were selected by attendees who chose to vote on the poster that they like the most from each category.
 
The winner from the Environmental Engineering category is Heidi B. Henderson with 35 votes for the presented poster of her abstract titled “XPSWMM Analysis of the ORNL Storm Water Collection System Up To Outfall 211” (Poster #2).
 
The winner from the Structural Engineering category is Tuan-Chun Fu with 30 votes for the presented poster of his abstract titled “Development of the Large-Scale Aerodynamic Testing on Low-Rise Buildings” (Poster #6).
 
The winner from the Transportation Engineering category is Xuanwu Chen with 24 votes for the presented poster of her abstract titled “Modeling Pre-preemption of Traffic Signals to Enhance Railroad Grade Crossing Performance in Urban Areas” (Poster #13).
 
The winner from the Water Resources Engineering category is Lilian Marrero with 26 votes for the presented poster of her abstract titled “Improvements in the Suspended Sediment Interactions Module of an Integrated Flow and Mercury Transport Model for East Fork Poplar Creek, Tennessee” (Poster #26).
